Fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg is walking into the new sunlight of fashion…Literally! This past week at New York Fashion Week 2014 DVF had her show at Springs Studios. The runway was covered in sunlight and surrounded by ceiling to floor windows. New artistic director for DVF, Michael Herz, has taken DVF in a new direction.
The line is described as accessibility and a straight forward spirit. The line has energy, sexy and lots of color. DVF spring collection is inspired by Brigitte Bardot from the 1960s. The line has French Chic look to it.
Two very famous models Kendall Jenner and Naomi Campell walked down the sunlight runway. The two beautiful ladies looked absolutely stunning in DVF’s spring line for New York Fashion Week 2014.
The line included wrapped dresses, cropped wrapped tops, full gingham skirts and sleeveless shealth dresses. The feminine and pretty line touched several season’s emerging trends. After DVF last 40th anniversary event, she came out with a new fresh look for New York Fashion Week 2014. She literally started her next chapter walking out into the sun.
