Candy needs a certain motivation to keep all three in tact.“ You really have to love yourself enough that you want to change for the better. For me, I stay motivated by taking progress pictures so I can see how far I have actually come.”
Beauty for some comes naturally, such as great skin, but for some skin can be a concern, like myself for instance. Admittedly my skin isn’t the best, even though I’m a makeup artist, I experiment too much even though my skin is super sensitive. But I did love a tip she shared with us and I saw great results too!

1. What do you do as a VPX Model
As a Redline Xtreme Girl I am blessed to work for the number one sports nutrition and supplement company, VPX Sports/Redline Energy! What we do is educate consumers on our top of the line products. You can find us working at a variety of events and places; from health and nutrition stores, supplement shops, fitness expos, bodybuilding competitions, athletic events, concerts, and sporting events such as the Florida Panthers hockey games, we are all over the globe! We always offer free samples so that customers can try our premium products because we know that if they try it, they will love it! Additonally, we hold swimwear fashion shows and calendar signings for our yearly swimsuit calendar. Steamed salmon, roasted br
ussel sprouts, and a sweet potato with almond butter and cinnamon sprinkled on top! SO GOOD!!!!!
4. What your favorite work out?
Call me crazy but I love leg days. One of my favorite exercises is the squat because there are so many squat variations. Weighted sumo squats are great for targeting your glutes, don’t forget to SQUEEZE! 🙂
5. Whats one tip you can give to get a flat and toned stomach?
Revealing your abdominals is all about having a low enough body fat percentage. I can’t stress it enough that you must have a clean diet in order to get a toned tummy! You can do all the exercises in the world but if your nutrition is not on point you are only hurting yourself. If you don’t eat according to your goals, don’t expect to reach them!

7. What’s your favorite “healthy” food?
Just one?! I have soooo many! I suppose if I had to choose I’d say I have quite a fondness for all natural nut butters, specifically almond butter. Almond butter is a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and protein. Just make sure you watch your portion size because it is calorie dense.
8. Do you ever have a “cheat” meal?
Yes of course I do! I like to refer to them as “treat” meals though. I think it is very important to have balance in life and incorporating a treat meal here and there is not only good for your metabolism but also for your brain as it helps prevent many people from binging on junk food!
9. What are some fitness supplements you would advise to take?
